Distribute homemade flyers to your neighbors to start out, and ask them if they have any referrals or know someone who may need this service.

And...you don't need to be of legal age to do it.

Hello well If you can try a newspaper routits not bad but its a job at least. Ummm I don't know where you live but if the grass still grows there maybe mow yards and rake up the yards. Ummm I'm not sure if your old enough but maybe ask your parents. How about babysitting? I know kids but they are fun though. Just don't pull your hair out lol j/k
Well as far as I know the working age is 14 but I don't know if there is a job for a 13 year old. Do you know the working age where you live?
You could go through your room and ask a parent to help you put some things on ebay. You will need to do it under your parents I.D. and supervision and ofcourse reimburse the fees to them but my son has made enough to not have to get a job, when he needs the $. Kids know what kids like, especially clothing wise......go to a few garage sales and put what you find on ebay.
